Welcome Joseph Williams to the True North Equipment Team! Before joining True North, Joesph was a heavy equipment mechanic for Lake Of the Woods County and surrounding areas for about 9 years, working on construction, logging, farming equipment and semi trucks. He spent the last 3 winters at Bosch's Baudette cold weather testing facility as the fleet mechanic / head of maintenance. Joe lives in Williams, MN with his wife Brianna and their dog, Bailey and cat, Abby.

What excites you about your new job at True North Equipment? "I want to get more familiar with newer equipment and the advanced technology used. I enjoy having the resources available to dealer technicians that I never had before."

Favorite Snack: Jerky

Favorite Food: Ribeye Steak done medium rare on my Traeger

Favorite things to do: Riding ATVS, mowing my lawn, fixing up our house, and I also have a 7.3 diesel mud truck I am building as a personal project.

What kind of music do you play in your car? Country and some rock

What's something on your bucket list? Own a winter home in Florida or somewhere warm

What's your favorite/most memorable adventure? Last September my Fiancé Brianna and I went to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, I proposed to her there on a mountain hike. We got married in August of 2024.

 If you could have lunch with anyone, who would it be? My Great Grandfather Morgan on my fathers side or my Grandpa Sylvester on my mothers side. Both had passed away before I was born.
