With True North Expert Connect, your Integrated Solutions Support Team is available when you need them! With one direct number, you are directed straight to a member of our Precision Ag Team, dedicated to answering your support calls and handling your remote support needs.
Our team can also access diagnostic trouble codes on your JDLink machines to alert our service departments and respond proactively to equipment that needs attention.

- CALL IN: Call the line when you have an issue, and you will be connected directly to our Precision Ag team member. If all of our team members are busy, you will be asked to leave your name and a short message. As soon as one of our team members is free, they will give you a callback. Please note if you do not leave a message, our team cannot guarantee that you will receive a callback.
- TEXT IN: You can text the number as well with your name and a brief description of what you need assistance with and our team will reach back to help solve the issue and get you back up and running!
